Superbowl? Did that happen? I miss a lot of things now that I am out of the house. Especially sports-related things. Oh, the joys of attending a school that has no sports teams! Actually, I think we do have some sports. Like soccer. And rowing. And field hockey. Oh! Basketball! We have basketball! I remember that now. Oh, man, I definitely lived right next to the sports fields for a year. Oh, well, that is what I get for going to a school that has zero school spirit.*
And here I thought that it was just Chinese New Year. I spent the day in Chinatown and the American History Museum (it just reopened). The museum was a little disappointing. But that is just probably me.
*I love that my school has no school spirit. It makes me think that kids are concentrating on studying or something like that.

The American History Museum in DC is one of my favorite places.
Do they still have Dorothy's shoes and Archie Bunker's chair?
they do! I saw the shoes, but we went there with maybe an hour until they closed, so we didn't find the chair. apparently, there's also an x files thing. we didn't find that one either. the best part of the museum was the displays with all the old campaign and protest buttons, but i think this is only because i collect those things. also, abe lincoln's stuff was cool.
i guess i had a fun time, after all.
I could be wrong, but I thought the chair and the shoes were in the same room, lol.
I haven't to DC since 2002. I wish it wasn't such a long drive.
